Occasionally, passengers fall ill or have an accident whilst on holiday, preventing them from travelling home with the coach, or requiring medical care when abroad. This can have a serious effect on your wallet and so it is company policy that all our customers hold some form of travel insurance when they join one of our tours. Demands & Needs
This insurance policy is suitable for the Demands and Needs of an individual, or group (where applicable) who have no excluded pre-existing medical conditions, are travelling in countries included within the policy terms and wish to insure themselves against unforeseen events detailed in the cover section above. Subject to the terms, conditions and maximum specified claim limits.

Cooling Off Period
You should read your policy immediately to ensure it meets with your requirements. If for any reason it does not, it must be returned to the issuer of the policy within 14 days of the date of issue or prior to travel whichever is sooner. Your money will be refunded in full, providing no claims have been made or incident likely to give rise to a claim has arisen. If you cancel your policy after 14 days, no refund will be given.

Our fully comprehensive insurance includes a 24 hour English speaking emergency assistance line. So if the worst should happen, help is just a phone call away. Please note with the Home4Sure Assistance, this is only available when you are outside the UK.

Our new annual insurance policy is fully comprehensive and covers you for 12 months of unlimited travel within the UK or Europe-wide, depending on which premium best suits your needs. The policy covers an unlimited number of holidays taken with any travel provider and is not just restricted to holidays with Just Go! Case Study
Do I really need travel insurance?
When you’ve just splashed out on a holiday it can be tempting not to pay any extra for travel insurance. However, it’s worth considering how much things can add up should the worst happen. One of our passengers, 84-year old Mrs Field, is very glad she was covered after she fell and fractured her hip during one of our Spanish holidays.
It was during the journey home that Mrs Field had her accident and was admitted to hospital in France. While the coach continued on its journey back to the UK, Mrs Field’s partner was put up in a local hotel so he could stay close by and visit each day. It wasn’t just these costs that quickly accumulated – when doctors advised that Mrs Field needed to be flown home, our insurer provided her with a private nurse from the UK who could speak French to the doctors and then accompanied her home.
‘I am extremely pleased that we took out the insurance cover for our holiday,’ Mrs Field says now. ‘It took away all the worry’.*
