Salisbury (full day)
We head to Salisbury, often referred to as ‘the city in the countryside’. As well as being a great place for shopping, the city is home to a fine medieval cathedral that boasts the tallest spire in Britain and an original copy of the Magna Carta.
The New Forest (full day)
We explore the idyllic New Forest, England’s smallest National Park, famous for its tranquil ambience and free roaming ponies. We visit the Forest’s capital of Lyndhurst, the pretty village of Brockenhurst with its old world charm, and the coastal town of Lymington with its cobbled streets and attractive quayside.
Poole (half day)
We spend half a day in Poole, a bustling resort with a lively quayside, stunning natural harbour and some of the finest beaches in England. It also boasts two Victorian parks, one of which, Poole Park, is a designated Conservation Area and a historic Old Town which still shows evidence of its medieval past.
