Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering The Ultimate Downton Abbey Tour accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Promoter: Just Go! Holidays, Festival House, Jessop Avenue, Cheltenham GL50 3SH
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all GB (England, Scotland and Wales) and NI residents aged over 18 years (“Participants”).
3. Promotional Period: The promotion is open between 1.01.2020 and midnight on 28.02.2020.
4. Entry Instructions: Participants are required to send an email to Winadowntontour@justgoholidays.com Participants can find full information about the promotion, how to enter and details of the prize at www.justgoholidays/win
5. Entries received after the Promotion End Date of 28.02.2020 will not be accepted by the Promoter.
6. Only one entry per person. A Participant may not enter on behalf of someone else.
7. Prize Fund: The Prize awarded is one of 10 short breaks for two to Highclere Castle, the home of Downton Abbey departing on 10th July 2020. The prize package includes return coach travel from a convenient pickup location, overnight stay at a selected 3 or 4-star hotel with dinner & breakfast, exclusive visit to Highclere Castle, featuring elements from the making of the film and a signed hardback copy of Lady Carnarvon’s book, At Home at Highclere. Entertaining at the Real Downton Abbey (one copy per booking).
8. Winner Selection: Ten winners will be selected through a random prize draw from all eligible entries received by 28.02 2020.
9. Free Prize Draw: The draw will be conducted on one occasion.
10. Winners will be notified in writing by 14.03.2020.
11. General: The Promoter reserves the right to request such information as it considers reasonably necessary or desirable for the purpose of verifying the eligibility or validity of an entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of the prize) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. There is no cash alternative to the prize (or any part of the prize) and unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
13. If the winner is not able, for any reason, to accept the prize, or cannot be contacted within 31 days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
14. The winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to such a winner.
15. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to Participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
16. This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Your statutory rights are not affected.

18. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. 19. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
