Christmastime in Stratford-upon-Avon & the Cotswolds

After joining the coach, we make our way to our hotel and check in.

We explore two of the Cotswolds’ most beautiful towns and villages today. We head first to Stow-on-the-Wold, renowned for its traditional stone buildings and wonderful collection of artisan boutiques before a visit to Broadway, which boasts a wide main street of picture-perfect cottages, quaint pubs and delightful shops.

Christmas Day is a day of relaxation and leisure, where our hotel provides festive entertainment and a hearty Christmas lunch with all the trimmings followed by Christmas cake, tea and coffee. A light buffet dinner is served in the evening.

Stratford-upon-Avon, a charming market town in Warwickshire, England, transforms into a festive wonderland on Boxing Day. The streets are adorned with twinkling lights, and the historic buildings provide a picturesque backdrop for the holiday celebrations. Enjoy various activities, from exploring the birthplace of William Shakespeare to browsing the market.

After breakfast, we check out of our hotel and head for home.
