Itinerary

From a morning pickup in your local area, we journey to our hotel in time for our evening meal.

After breakfast, we visit spectacular Edinburgh and enjoy some free time at leisure. Wander through the enchanting Christmas market, soaking in the festive atmosphere and discovering unique gifts and treats. After exploring the selection of stores on offer, we return to our hotel for dinner.

This morning, after breakfast, we check out of our hotel and begin our journey home, stopping on the way to discover the vibrant culture, historic landmarks and bustling atmosphere of Glasgow. From the impressive architecture of the Glasgow Cathedral to the artistic treasures of the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, there is much to see and experience in this dynamic city. Later this afternoon, we re-join the coach for our journey home.

Accommodation

Set in its own private grounds, the Adamton Country House Hotel, Prestwick is nestled within the beautiful countryside and offers a warm Scottish welcome. All meals are buffet style.

Hotel Rating

Hotels with a JG2 rating are a mixture of larger hotels and privately owned properties. Décor and furnishings may be simple but are clean and well maintained. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, TV and may have tea/coffee making facilities. Food may be buffet style in some of the larger hotels. Services may be limited but efficient.
