After breakfast, we make our way to Glasgow. Scotland’s largest city wears many hats and truly offers something for everyone to enjoy. Blending impressive Victorian architecture (a throwback to its wealthy trade and manufacturing days), a huge range of museums and galleries, alongside a splendid selection of retail opportunities (think shopping malls and bohemian markets), you certainly won’t be at a loss for something to do.
Don’t forget to pop into one of the many watering holes to meet some friendly locals – there might even be a band playing, after all, Glasgow is famed for its live music scene! Later, we enjoy our New Year celebrations at the hotel, including a Hogmanay buffet dinner.
