Cruising Scotland's Scenic Waterways

From a morning pickup in your local area, we travel by coach to our hotel.

After breakfast, we head to the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, one of Scotland's most iconic and beautiful lochs. Sit back and enjoy a relaxing cruise across its sparkling waters, taking in breathtaking views of rolling hills, wooded islands and the dramatic Highland Boundary Fault. With plenty of opportunities to admire the scenery and soak up the peaceful atmosphere, it's the perfect introduction to Scotland's spectacular landscapes.

Today's excursion takes us into the heart of the magnificent Trossachs, an area famed for its lochs, forests and rugged mountain scenery. We enjoy a relaxing cruise on beautiful Loch Katrine, where tales of local history and legend bring the landscape to life. Following in the footsteps of Scotland's famous folk hero Rob Roy MacGregor, we continue through some of the country's most picturesque scenery to Callander before visiting historic Stirling, dominated by its impressive castle and rich heritage.

A day of engineering marvels and unforgettable views awaits. This morning, we visit the remarkable Falkirk Wheel and enjoy a unique boat trip aboard the world's only rotating boat lift, rising an incredible 35 metres between waterways. Later, we travel to Edinburgh for a cruise beneath the famous Three Bridges of the Firth of Forth. Admire these iconic structures from the water and discover nearly 140 years of engineering innovation while enjoying wonderful views along the shoreline.

After breakfast, we travel to Glasgow, Scotland’s largest city, where striking Victorian architecture sits alongside contemporary culture and world-class attractions. Enjoy time at leisure to explore the city centre, browse the shops of Buchanan Street or relax in one of the many cafés and restaurants. We also visit the award-winning Riverside Museum, Glasgow’s fascinating transport museum on the banks of the River Clyde. Home to an impressive collection of vintage cars, locomotives, trams and historic vehicles, the museum offers a captivating insight into the city's industrial and maritime heritage.
