Our fantastic optional Island Highlights tour takes in this unique island’s many famous sights, passing the pretty inland village of Godshill, famous for its charming thatched-roofed cottages and delightful medieval church. Look out for the quaint village of Chale before a photo stop at the iconic chalky outcrop, The Needles, the defining sight of the Isle of Wight. We continue to the historic port town of Yarmouth, which contains some of the oldest architecture on the island including a 16th-century castle, and lastly visit the seaside resort of Ryde, with its long stretch of beach, pretty esplanade, marina and beautiful gardens. Be sure to take a stroll along the famous 19th-century pier here, the oldest in England!
